Entretien
The process started with a phone interview which was conducted by a peer then progressed to individual face to face and video meetings with other staff team members. It seems as if the process was done in isolation with the final video call interviewer oblivious to the contents of my resume. Rather disjointed as I had to send multiple emails to the store for follow up with a final email received or than 60days following the last interview. Finally after receiving a rejection email I asked to have details removed from system as I have no interest in this company. Bad brand management. Poor communication and professionalism.

Entretien
It's a long process. It takes a minimum of 3 weeks between phone and in person interviews with multiple people. The staff was friendly, welcoming and informative. The overall process is too long.

Entretien
Redundant and inconsistent. An hour long phone call with the recruiter followed by an hour long in person interview with the gallery leader and another assistant leader. Then an hour zoom call with a leader from another state. No follow up after hours of my time. I finally reached out and was told “thanks for your time but we’re moving forward with someone else.” They would not have reached out to me had I not reached out after almost a week of not hearing anything. By far the most chaotic and unprofessional company I’ve ever interviewed with.
