Don't put your full effort into it if you don't think this is really the job for you because they will seek out of you're the right person through many, many, long interviews. I had a positive experience with the first three interviews, then the last one made me not want to work there anymore. The first two were very conversational and welcoming of questions which made me more interested in working there. Then, the last one was a very difficult interview with the type of questions being asked and the interviewer. My interviewer even answered a text in the middle of it, which I viewed as very disrespectful of my time. They will have you do a designer test for this role which will take up a lot of your time, in my opinion -proving as a pre-curser to how it would be to actually work there full time. Other than that, the communication on both sides was pretty good as far as being transparent with how the process will go. Only advice I have is don't put any effort in at all unless it's going to be your full effort because they will expect this of you just by submitting an application!
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Be ready to get asked back to back classic HR questions such as your biggest success, biggest failure, how you would handle someone coming into the gallery and doing or saying XYZ, when was a time you had a conflict and how did you handle it, describe a time you had a different idea than someone and how did you handle it, etc...
Very personal interview process. Each person I spoke to took time to get to know me and my background, and how that related to the company’s values. Discussed opportunity for growth in the company and goals within the role.

Due to the pandemic, the first interview was through Zoom (which went well). The second interview was scheduled to be in-person but was postponed twice because the interviewer had a "headache." When it actually happened, she was on her phone for the first five minutes and regularly checked her phone throughout. There were several moments where I wanted to get up and leave. It was extremely disrespectful.
The phone call was a little over 30 minutes in which we discussed my background, the job position, and the RH values (which were previously sent to me to review ahead of time).
