I interviewed with this company in Sofia, Bulgaria. The process felt a bit disorganized. It didn’t seem like they were totally sure what kind of candidate they were looking for, which made the conversations a bit confusing. Overall, it felt like they could use more structure and clarity in their hiring process. From what I’ve seen, they also tend to offer salaries on the lower end for similar roles.
