I sent my CV over email, with a short description to why I was applying to the job. I got an email back 1 week after from the manager asking me what time I would be free for a first call. We shecduled the meeting and had a phone interview the week after. The call lasted avout 45 minutes and it was very much like a conversation. At the end of the call the manager invites me to a on person interview with the President of the association. This interview was more based on my skllis. It was an overall good experience ! They called me that same day to offer me a jon.
