Submitted resume online from website posting. A few weeks later was contacted to submit video responses to 3 questions online. A few weeks after that I was contacted for a zoom interview.

Describe a situation when you worked with a team to achieve a goal, and tell us about your role on that team.
Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
