Submitted online resume followed by a phone interview. After the phone interview, eligible applicants are invited to attend a group interview. The group interview is actually enjoyable. Being a somewhat introverted, shy person, I was fearful that my stage fright would get the best of me, but it was very comfortable. They split you up into groups and assign you scenarios to work through with your co-interviewees. Just had the interview today.

Pretty quick and simple interview process for such a big company. Everyone seemed nice that I spoke to over the phone but for the most part the interview was all online. Just answering questions and recording your answers.

Entretien
Your normal mid level job assessment, and questions. Make sure you have hiking, or some outdoor activity on your mind. They want to make sure you know about who they are, and what they sell.
I did an online interview first. I filmed myself answering a few questions. They called me in a few weeks later for an in person interview. Very standard interview questions, got hired on the spot
