Group interview with about 20 people, separated into smaller groups to do other tasks, like selling a certain product or coming up with a skip to detail a product. Did one on one interviews as well with different managers and answered a good amount of questions with background, primarily looking to how well you work with others and all.

Selling products, customer service, dealing with unruly customers
Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
