J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez REDspace en janv. 2022
Entretien
There were three stages in total. In the first stage, I had a 45-minute video call with a Senior iOS Developer to discuss some Swift concepts. Once I passed the first stage, I was asked to complete an iOS Code Challenge. I had three days to finish it. It was actually enjoyable to do. About a week after completion, I was asked to do panel interview with the hiring committee. It was a slightly difficult interview and I was turned down at first, but they may have liked some qualities in me and reached out to me two months later with a junior position, which I accepted.

Question 1
I decline to share details but I was asked same questions in all of other job interviews.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez REDspace (Bedford, NS) en févr. 2022
Entretien
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at REDspace in February 2022. The interview was online.
The first step was screening with the Director of Mobile Engineering. It was a mix of behavior and technical questions.
After a week on Friday, I got an email with the coding assignment. I completed it within the weekend and after that, I got an email for a panel interview.
It was a 1.30-hour long session with Director, iOS Lead, and hiring manager. There were 3 steps. First, they ask me general iOS-related questions.
The second step was to go through the code and then a live coding session in which I have to implement a small feature.
The third step was again a technical question related to my assignment as well as related to iOS Stack.
On Tuesday I had this last panel interview and on Friday I got an offer.
