The interview process included 3 stages of 1 - a call interview, 2 - a video interview, and 3 - last video interview. However, they liked me a lot so they skipped the 3rd interview and offered me a job. The problem was that they didn't send me a good job offer document. It was all very informal without a detailed compensation. So I asked for details on the compensation and a few days later the CEO called me to discuss the opportunities. As much as they sounded like great people with a lot of potential, the work was in-field on a daily basis and given the COVID-19 situation, it didn't seem wise to accept the job. Especially since they didn't truly detail the compensation package in the informal offer letter and were expecting me to report for an in-person training session. This is another one of those door-to-door sales companies.
