The interview process went great. I had several interviews and progressed to the point where I believed I would receive an offer. They even checked my references. Then they set up a phone call where they told me they had decided to go in a different direction and I was no longer under consideration.

Process was lagging and was long, took 2.5 months and never heard back for after the final round. Went through several rounds of interviews and was told the decision would be finalized the same week. No follow up even until a month later. Very unprofessional and unorganized process.

Good communication throughout the entire process. First contacted by human resources in a simple phone interview to ask about my past work experience. Next, scheduled for a zoom interview with accounting hiring manager.
