I first had a telephone interview about my basic skills and comprehension. When I passed the first screening, I had to get a physical which included hearing, and vision screening, and a drug test at a health facility contracted by Recon. I had to fill out a large stack of paperwork which compiled of basic safety comprehension and hazardous material information. Then a few week later a representative from Human Resources gave me a call following up on my tests.
