Relaxed interviews. The process started with a phone interview by an internal recruiter as a rough screen. Alive, functioning brain cells - check - next. Predictable behavioral questions. Next up was a series of phone interviews. Same routine at a slightly higher level. Next up was an in- person and plant tour. Met with HR, then Plant Manager and finally direct Manager. Nice folks at the time, very down to earth.
