When I progressed to the tech stage of the process, it did not feel like the interviewers wanted to be there. They were quite focussed on crossing the t's and dotting the i's rather than engaging in discussion around my approach, code, concepts and processes.
To top it off I was asked to review code in a language I was not familiar with - which they were aware of. The negative feedback I received was based around my lack of knowledge and experience with the language.

They had great feedback, clear timelines and expectations for the different stages. kept me in the loop without any confusion, and I felt supported throughout, technical interview felt more collaborative and through their interviewers low pressure

3 rounds in total.
1st round they will give you the code base and will ask questions related to that. Then they will ask to refactor the code to make it efficient. They will ask you to add a feature that they will give you.
2nd round - HR round - about salary working and expectations
3rd round - cultural round - about values you have and their organisation has.
Overall the process is time consuming and if still your profile goes on hold due to salary consideration etc then recruiter should have confirm on budget first else it's wastage of time to go with interview process.
