A one-hour interview with the broker and the realtor I was representing. The specific softwares that I was trained in. How soon I could start which was right away. We negotiated my hourly rate which went well. I got $2 more per hour than they initially offered
Even for an administrative position, they prefer candidates who have a mindset geared toward contributing to the company’s profitability. You better have ambition to get a license on real estate.
Personality driven interview. Asked questions/lead conversation as if I had the job. Overall felt unprofessional. Don't need to prep much just need to be able to hold a decent conversation.

Entretien
Es begann mit einem Persönlichkeitstest, danach eine lange Vorstellung der Struktur von Remax, Fragerunde, Begehung der Räumlichkeiten und Vorstellung der Mitarbeiter. Zwei Stunden dort verbracht nur um ein Probearbeiten auszumachen.
