They contacted me after finding my resume online and a brief phone call led to scheduling a 20 minute interview with Adam, one of the managers. I arrived for the interview and there were 5 or 6 other people there waiting to be interviewed. When it was my turn, I'm brought into Adam's office, interview lasts 10 minutes, tops, and is very general. He mostly asked about my career goals, why I'd be a good fit, etc. Very generic and nothing about what the company actually does (spoiler alert: it's an experiential marketing company. People who set up a table near a college campus and try to get students to sign up for cell phone plans).
I quickly ascertained that it's not for me but decide to go to the next round of interviews to which I was invited. Now we're talking 20 people in the waiting room. All of a sudden, RBI managers come out one-by-one and call people's names. They go off to an office, or chairs in the hallway. My interview ended up being at a Dunkin Donuts, right next to another manager interviewing another prospective employee. It was all a bit awkward.
My interviewer did give a good overview of the company and was very nice and polite. But it was clear that they were looking for warm bodies and would hire just about anyone. Which, to be fair, is understandable for an experiential marketing firm.

Question 1
What's the difference between direct and indirect marketing?
Two interviews - one short screening interview and another longer interview. There was a written evaluation at the end of the second interview. They offered me the position later the same day.

First one is very brief, just introduced the company, but in a positive way. Second is about an hour, instead of asking questions, the manager introduced the company with some materials
