As a student with my credentials, I was hired on the spot and essentially walked in with the position. RBC management philosophy passed down to student hires like me is that they need to be flexible with my school hours but they know we tend to be efficient in our work and commited to what we do so that's a plus. Enrollment in an undergrad is a HUGE plus. They love us

The interview process was a generic 3 round process, almost like all other financial institution jobs. The first interview was very general, similar to a pre-screening. The second interview was more technical. The third interview was with higher-up employees and managers.
