Two interview process (phone and in-person) and discussion of goals for future. Most other departments require speed tests for technicians, but for my interview, it was more based on past experiences that could help future employment.

Entretien
Very unprofessional interview and they didn't even ask any questions. Interviewer just explained the company and job description and gave a simple aptitude test. Maybe they don't interview often or chose the wrong person to conduct the interview. This was by far the worst interviewer ever.
