The interview was very smooth, casual and enjoyable. We spoke about what I can bring to the company and the evolution of the company. In the end, I was deemed over-qualified for the role.

I applied with a referal so I just jumped to the final round. The process was very chatoic - HR was ambiguious about the pay and even changed the seniority level I applied for chanegd a few rounds of schedule. Was promised to give back feedback but never heard back after following up. What a waste of both parties' time.
