Very casual, great culture. Must research the company before hand so you aren't looking for change when they ask if you know any of their clients or previous works. Make sure you ask how long you are willing to be a freelancer for.

There were three “interviews”, one with recruiter, one with direct manager, and one with leadership team. The questions were all relevant to the role, which I liked. The overall process was pretty fast. The recruiter was responsive, but not transparent about pay, and very insistent that I give a number.
