Entretien
First round consisted of 3 back to back tests. One aptitude, on technical and finally a personality assessment test. This company doesn’t only wants good coder but also a candidate with good overall personality.
Then in the second round, a GD was conducted. After that technical and hr interviews.
Overall it was a nice and fast process. HRs were awesome and friendly. A great environment!

Question 1
Aptitude was easy. Technical test consisted of c language questions and we had to write down the output, plus 2 program writing questions of arrays and string.

Entretien
This has to be the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STARTUP in Bengaluru. After an hour of waiting, the process started with a CODING PAPER AND AN APTITUDE PAPER containing 20 questions each. Though the process was quite easy, I didn't want to join the company anyway. All the reviews on Glassdoor are absolutely correct about this company's WORK CULTURE. Prefer not to consider RAPIDD since there are way better startups in Bengaluru well worth your time. Also, from what I've heard from the ex-employees, job security is zero and getting leaves is a real pain.

2nd Round : Hackathon test.
10 topics were given, ; One has to join a group of 6 and the group has to chose one of the topic and then specify the features the web/mobile technology can provide.
3rd Round : Technical Interview.
