I applied on line and then I had one phone screening interview with one employee. They emailed me about two weeks later saying they had moved on with other candidates.
Long, but simple. They use form questions and don't deviate from a generic set of questions because of a commitment to making everyone's interviews exactly identical; the interview process can take months, depending on the role.

Don't recall the specific questions; they were your typical behavioral questions etc. Some were specific to editing; "describe a time when you iterated a document back and forth with someone."
