J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez RALLY (Los Angeles, CA) en nov. 2017
Entretien
Video call and first-round interview in office. The video call was a basic screen and straightforward. The first-round interview in the office was more challenging than I expected. I recommend preparing a lot before an interview with Rally.

Question 1
We are a growing company that now has multiple office locations. How would you keep the company culture alive between locations?
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez RALLY en mars 2026
Entretien
Extremely drawn out and frustrating interview process. What was initially presented as a fairly straightforward HR Manager search turned into a 2+ month process involving multiple rounds, constant delays, shifting timelines, and repeated promises of updates that rarely came when stated.
The role itself appeared to change significantly throughout the process, including a major salary range adjustment and evolving expectations around scope and seniority. It became increasingly clear that there was little alignment internally around what they actually wanted or how decisions were being made.
For a company centered around communications and people focused work, the candidate experience felt surprisingly disorganized and inconsiderate. Candidates are expected to invest significant time, energy, and emotional bandwidth into these processes, and this one felt unnecessarily prolonged from start to finish.
The process ultimately reflected an organization that struggles with decisiveness, internal alignment, and respecting candidates’ time.
