I applied to above job post on 20/02/2026 and I had a screening interview on 09/03/2026 over the phone with the HR Advisor in RAC and confirmed for a formal face-to-face interview. The formal interview was held on 11/03/2026 with the FC and AM for 1 hour. On 12/03/2026 I was informed that I have been scheduled for a second round/final interview with FC (hiring manager) for further clarifications. The last round interview was a coffee interview which means an informal interview conducting by the hiring manager sometimes to get a second opinion about the selection by another responsible person. On 16/03/2026 I was informed by RAC HR advisor as I have been selected for the above position and would expect to join the company by 30/03/2026.

How would you guide, mentor and coach team members as their manager?
To avoid process drops and errors what kind of precautionary actions you would take and what would be the expected outcome?
