Several steps including a pitch, and then analyses of 5 drugs. Involves meeting and discussing with team members. Very involved interview process in which you essentially do full diligence on several assets for the company.

I did the whole write up that they asked for prior to a phone interview. I actually thought it was a pretty fun exercise and learned a lot, though I probably put in too much effort for an interview where it sounded like they weren't seriously considering me at all throughout. Still a good learning experience, I suppose!
