I had an initial interview with recruiter and was told it's going to last for 30 minutes. However, there was a test during the interview which lasted for more than 30 minutes.

Entretien
The interview consist of two rounds all on Skype.
First round is technical, where question on Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot and Hibernate are need to be answered.
Some scenario based questions were also there based on above tech stack.
Second round was of Managerial and Technical, in this round they ask you Agile questions and technical questions based on your previous work.

Entretien
They have very secure entrance check, couldn't carry any of your electronic belongings( pendrive, etc) .
Interviewer is very stringent, they would rather ask questions of the things which are using in their projects. Interview like they need a full stack developer. Interview is average, but they need a full expertise in all technology.
Cons:
Poor infrastructure setup. Working from basement.
Poor time management.
Improper management and recruitment panel.
