I recently interviewed for the HRBP role at RRD. I successfully completed two rounds of discussions and proceeded to the final round. However, during the final interview, the Head of HR reviewed my resume and appeared concerned about my job stability. While she acknowledged and validated my reasons for past transitions, she emphasized the importance of stability for this role and ultimately decided not to proceed with my application. Given this concern, it would have been more efficient to address it during the initial screening stage.
