The process is always good..But making a thing tedious is not fair for anyone..Always keep process simple that is my advice..It is never fair to overload people and showing a lovely bait and finishing off the prey.

It was a 2 round interview process and the First round starting with verbal assessment and for the second round it was hr interview . They were asking about previous job experiences and willingness to work for the rotational shifts.
