Entretien
Applied online via their website and received a response for an interview not long after. There was about a week of preparation prior to the one interview.
The interview itself was with two senior managers. They were kind and considerate and seemed interested in what I had to say.
The drawback was after, when I received no response even confirming a rejection. I had to contact another manager myself to learn I was rejected and I didn't receive feedback.

Entretien
Offered the interview via a contractor/recruiter, it's the only way into the company. Account for 15 minutes to get there, as there are two security officers you must wait for to get into the interview location. Interview was fairly quick, recruiter made it seem much more formal than it actually was. Scheduled for 30 minutes, finished in ~20.

Casual, senior management seemed friendly, seemed interested in my hobbies, asked of my past experience in a lab but was deterred when I said I had no experience. Nice, friendly casual interview
