4 rounds, final round fit interview with one of the founders and made it out to seem like it was casual way to get to know me but I must have been too casual since didn't receive an offer.

It started out really well, with one behavioural interview, and then I passed to the next stage where I received a second round interview which was the case interview where I was given rigorous project management setting questions and how I would deal with clients and colleagues in different situations while working on a project. I received a final round with an executive at Qvest where it was purely behavioural. I thought I did really well, but then what was surprising was that I had to wait more than two months for an answer from the beginning of October all the way through the end of December. The pool was very compeitive, and while I did not receive an offer, my interview experience was great.
