Entretien
The interview process was straightforward, seamless, and transparent. It consisted of an initial screening with a recruiter, take-home assignment and presentation, hiring manager(s) screening, and cross-team interviews. The interviews cover hard and soft skill assessments, technical expertise, and team fit/culture. The talent acquisition team provided clear and timely communication and coordination throughout the entire process, making it a very enjoyable experience.

5 interviews + an assignment and then completely ghosted after what I was told was the final round. I even followed up a few times and they completely ignored my emails. They start off bragging about how how great their hiring process is, but ultimately this was the most disrespectful and unprofessional recruitment process I've been apart of, by far.

Entretien
I was contacted by HR on Dec 3rd for a phone interview which I completed with them that week. HR was very informative about the process and that they were aiming to hire individuals by the end of the month.
I completed my take home assignment and presented to the team on Dec 12th to 4 senior members of the team, including my soon to be manager. Everyone was respectful, appreciated my work and asked relevant questions pertaining to my deck.
The final 2 interviews were with my manager and managing director who wanted to know more about my background, what have I worked on within the periop ecosystem and my behavioral approach to typical challenges within this particular field.
Since I was able to schedule each interview every week, we were able to complete everything in a timely manner and by Dec 19th I received my offer letter and started work on Jan 6th.
I'll also point out that I told HR that I was in the middle of international travel and they were more than happy to reschedule interviews if anything were to come up the would have compromised the scheduled times.
Overall I'm happy that everything was completed in a very thorough and timely manner and kudos to the HR team for being attentive to the interviewee's needs and responsive.
