Total comp package of base salary, equity, and bonus tied to company growth and ARR. Deferred many questions to hiring manager since it was a new role. Follow on interview with Head of Product. He wanted more of a traditional product manager with analytics background. Felt there was a mismatch between what TA and hiring manager communicated about the level of the role.
