It was smooth. Aptitude test followed by a language test. The candidate should know C, C++ or Java.The interviewers seemed nice and were more interested in practical knowledge about projects and logical thinking

1st round - face to face round with some technical questions and basic program writing 2nd round - online aptitude test based on General aptitude (Mcq's) and den online sql test (mcq + 3 queries) 3rd round - HR round.
