How come these kind of people will understand the SDLC plan with best case and worst case ETA's. What kind of an application developed in 3 to 6 months will be tested for a year. You need to have standards to understand standard answers. Their production app is having so many defects which can be identified with just a glance. The End user experience is also one of the main thing you need to keep in mind boss.
