very easy, asked a few questions over the phone and told the decision as soon as. very easy to talk to, shared experiences honestly a nice friendly chat. only thing there was no reminder of he interview. Just called and let you know about the interview.

Entretien
I applied on do-it.org a few months prior to first contact. I was contacted in December and booked on an interview soon after. I received a same day response confirming offer. It then took 2 months before hearing from them again. After confirming an induction date, i started pretty much straight after that.
