Entretien
I filled out an application online and was called 8 days later and was able to schedule an interview. I arrived about 30 minutes early and they immediately got me started on the math test portion which included basic math (addition and subtraction) and took no longer than 10 min. After completing that I filled out paperwork and had to wait about 30 minutes to be interviewed. The interview was quick and painless and the guy was very nice and welcoming. As this was my first job interview he was very helpful to me.

Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
