I got call from HR saying I got your resume from naukri and your profile has been shortlisted. HR described about roles and responsibilities with respect role. She scheduled telephonic interview. But didn't send any Call letter or even a mail communication. This is not a professional way to deal with employees. Interview done for 1 hr. It was good. I answered 80-85% questions. I called HR next day. She said you are not selected. I got shocked because I have answered most of the questions. I asked may I know the area of improvement. She said, the interviewer only text her saying not selected. Ideally Interviewer should give proper justification why you are not selecting a candidate. This feels really bad.

They mostly asked on multithreding, cpp Windows concepts like dll, Windows service, linked list. Thred synchronization, Event driven architecture message loop, message passing in windows. Also prepared for design pattern with example.
