I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted through email. Then had a phone interview that was nothing to be worried about. I then had an in person interview which I had to present my past work to the department head. I felt I could get along great with the person who was interviewing me. They were polite and straight to the point. The building was easy to find and they were very welcoming upon arrival. There is no free parking around there though, only meter and expensive lots. I would recommend taking public transit or even an uber/lyft.
