Met with recruiters at a college career fair and then received an email around a month later requesting my resume which led to a phone interview. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks before I heard back if they wanted to move forward, however it was nearly 3 months before they requested an on-site interview. Additionally, I received multiple emails intended for other people regarding scheduled phone interviews during the 3 months between my phone interview and scheduling the on-site interview.

I was asked various technical questions including how I would model a part in CAD based on a drawing I was shown and basics of stress and strain.

It was a friendly and easy interview. Had a group discussion after the first-round preliminary test and finally the interview. Question was from basics of C and few algorithms like bubble sort etc..

So the hiring process was with in the college campus organized by the placement department. It was a single day process. The first round was with the written aptitutde test. Then the second round was with a group discussion. The third round was with personal interview

Short and nice as the manager that was hiring at the time was empathetic and sincere. Had two interviews with the company and got the role, no tests or anything.
