Applied online and received a call to set up a video interview. The recruiter told me I would get a link a few days before the interview but never got anything. Had to call the day of for her to send it to me. The interview was supposed to be her and a technical interview with the manager of the group. He never entered the video conference. Told I would get a call back in a few days with their decision. Waited and emailed and called at the end of the week. No response until the next week. (The recruiter went on a recruiting trip to Pennsylvania) She told me she would get back to me when I did get in touch. Few days later she tells me now I need to do a technical interview. Again didn't get a link until I called the day of. Went through the technical and was told I would here back in a couple days. No response and then I followed up and was told they would get back to me again. No response and then one day I get an email saying the position was filled. Sounded like they were holding out until a better candidate committed. Just continued to lead me on. Recruiter seemed unprofessional and unorganized.
