1. F2F Interview - this was technical round.
2. Skype call
After I cleared f2f, the skype round was just like inquiries of previous work.
However, after asking some "chocolate" questions, HR said that I have not cleared the Skype Round.
To be honest, This company is advertising for Manager role for months now...in Pune and still they are not able to finalize 1.
They are asking some below basic questions and then rejecting people for no valid reasons and explanations.
No need to waste your time with this company if you already have an offer in hand.

Although it was for Mobility Manager, interviewer started asking about
- Linked List
- Arrays
- .NET skills (which are non-relevant)
- How to securely send/receive data over internet etc.
Unfortunately seems like interviewer was not from Mobile dev background and hence did not asked any Mobile/Android Questions.

More focused on project needs and behavior aspect for the position, Technical as well team building oriented queries , overall very good structured process, with two rounds of interview with 4 member panel

2. Actual manager /team interview
Just basic questions, experience, goals, what to expect, overall very professional. Job offer in few days. Ask them questions they are willing to be very open about position and hours. Very casual overal.
