They first call you (by recommendation of a recruiter) and ask if you'd be interested in interviewing. I was interviewed by 2 people, shown a PowerPoint slide presentation about "how great" the company is. They fail to mention that the 10 days of vacation given to you must be applied to unpaid holidays (since no holidays are paid) and furlough days/weeks. The culture is young, newly graduated people mostly, with the occasional senior.

Phone interview first straightforward basic questions. In person interview with human resources and hiring manager. Standard questions. Then offer within a reasonable amount of time. Overall average experience for interview I would say. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Then students who score the cutoff would receive a call from them for an interview. It was a 30 min interview.
I had the interview last week and yet to receive the HR interview

Question 1
There was only one panelist and he started with self-intro. Then asked me about my main project as well as side projects "in detail" .
After that, he asked me about my preferable prog. language and asked me to do the last problem I did.
Then concepts in OOPS like inheritance, abstraction, polymorphism, etc were asked.
There were no questions related to HR
