She determined that I would not be a good fit for this position due to the hiring manager looking for a very specific criterion and they have already rejected many candidates, so she didn't want to put me through that. She asked if I was applying/interested in any other positions and she let me know that the other job I was interested in was already filled but jobs stay advertised until the person actually starts the job.
