The first step is a simple self guided video interview . It was very easy to use. It only took around thirty minutes to complete. I don’t know what happens past that yet.

Entretien
One on one interview in a small office. Basic interview questions, fairly casual. There was a test in which you are given a prompt on a computer and asked to read the prompt as if speaking to a customer and record the answers.
