The owner and manager were very friendly. It was slightly informal as they were both busy. Overall, it was a good experience. My Attire: Business casual, dress shirt, dress pants, and sneakers.

Short interview with the manager, asked fairly simple questions. Walked in and sat down in the store with the manager. he asked me about prior experience, what I could contribute, and whu I wanted to work there.

The interview happens in multiple stages, it is extremely in depth for a place that tends to hire high school aged people that do not intend to make careers out of this. Some of the questions are simple while others seem extremely unnecessary.
