Very fast. If they like you, they move fast. No BS and dragging. If you have any questions about culture, WLB, etc., you get to ask the C level cuz you will meet them in the final interviews. Prepare your questions and show why you are interested. Everyone on the team wants you to succeed because the company as a whole wants to succeed. CEO is smart and passionate about his company. I’m excited to be part of the team.

I applied online and spoke with a recruiter that was extremely rude. I am a believer that I shouldn't say anything if I don't have anything positive to say but the recruiter was truly rude. After she asked me several questions regarding my fit for the role, she did not allow me to ask any questions and asked me to send them to her via email instead. While I provided my responses, she would often make weird faces and sounds. After the conversation, it was clear that this recruiter was not having a good day. I provided my questions via email, but she never responded. A few days later, she simply emailed me stating "we will proceed with a different candidate".

Entretien
Interview process includes 4 rounds (recruiter, hiring manager, VP, CEO) and a take-home assessment. They were friendly and seemed to enjoy working at QM. The assessment was straightforward and relevant to the skills required for the job.

Call with recruiter > Assessment > Hiring manager interview > interview with VP of consulting services > one final round (that I didn’t make it to)
I agree with other people here that the recruiter was oddly unprofessional. I thought I had really good conversations with the actual team only to be let go after the fourth round. A huge time suck, I really don’t think there needs to be that many stages. I spent so long on my presentation to give them only to be ghosted after that interview. I had to reach out to the recruiter for an update, to which she then said I didn’t move forward. After all that time wasted, it’s unacceptable to ghost a candidate at that stage. Very unprofessional and they seem a little elitist.
