It was a smooth but pretty long process for me. They do a great job of preparing you for the time it can take though. I met with my prospective manager, peer groups, other directors, the CMO and even the CEO.

The interview process at Quantum was professional and enjoyable. Everyone that I spoke with was so welcoming and gave me ample opportunity to ask them questions. They make you feel like they want you to be there. I spoke with the recruiter my direct manager, the CMO and CEO and had great conversations with all of them. Getting to talk to the CMO and CEO showed me that the executive team cares about everyone at the company. The process was quick and seamless, it was over quickly and they made every effort to meet with me quickly, but also respected my availability and were understanding that I was still working at my previous job. Overall great interview experience from my point of view.
