It was very thorough - obviously they take hiring seriously (which is a good thing). I had about 8 or 9 meetings throughout the process. I thought this was fantastic as it allowed me to speak to numerous people at various levels and titles. I feel like I have a very good idea of what their culture really is, what is expected of me, and what my potential can be here.

Regarding the choice of “difficult” for the “Interview Difficulty” question above...I had to pick a choice but my answer really wasn’t one of the choices. I would say the interview process is “very thorough”....not “difficult”. You should be prepared to answer anything about your past, as well as what you know about Quantum Metric and/or the space they are in.

While it was a rather lengthy interview process everyone there at Quantum were super responsive. The recruiter was quick to respond to any questions I had and kept the conversations moving along really well. I actually liked that they were very involved and cared about my experience, took note of what I was looking for, and all of that showed up in my final offer about 4 weeks after my first conversation.

Well run interview process ,they were direct and to the point, they always communicated what and when the next step would be. I was interviewing with 4 impressive companies, and Quantum Metric’s recruitment process and team far exceeded any other.

Phone Screen with Internal Recruiter followed by Zoom Interviews with Hiring Manager, Peer on your Team, Solutions Engineer Manager, and CRO. Final step is a 30-60 minute phone interview with the CEO
