I received a call from a recruiter to schedule a phone screen with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was not interested in anything I had to say, they were clearly in the car with windows down as I was answering questions. This experience completely changed my view of the company.

Please describe what makes you qualified for this position?
Had a fine initial recruiter conversation followed by one of the more unpleasant and weird interactions I've had with hiring manager, who was checked out from the very beginning. I've had a number of interviews lately but this company was by far the worst
