Mostly interview based with technical presentation. No tests. 3 rounds; initial, presentation, and executive. Extra stage was added for renegotiation. Main technical assessment was based on a presentation. So theres more of an academic vibe than emphasis on typical coding ability. This is because the required capabilities are more focussed on deep tech so research skills are emphasised.
