3 Rounds, Past experience related. Brief technical skills. More personality and interpersonal skills based. The first and Second rounds are probably taken by junior resources. Final round by the Dept head. Post that couple of HR rounds based on salary and culture fit.

It is simple. They assess the fitment rather than the skills. They try to see if you would be able to work according to the culture of the organization and how would you work with Gen Z folks

Very well aligned, the HR communicated the ask and timelines perfectly, good transparency maintained throughout the process. Negotiation was hard but eventually turned out to be good upon several rounds
